Earnest CRE Inc. (“Earnest CRE,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed Floridacommercial real estate brokerage. This policy explains what information we collect through earnestcre.com and earnestland.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: your information goes to our principals so they can talk to you about real estate — it is never sold, and never shared with anyone for their marketing.
What we collect
- Contact and inquiry forms — name, phone number, email, and the property or buying-criteria details you choose to share.
- Deal-room registrations — name, company, email, phone, whether you act as a principal or broker, and your acceptance of the confidentiality agreement (with its version, timestamp, and IP address, kept as the record of that agreement).
- Text-message opt-ins — your phone number and your consent record (see the SMS section below).
- Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used to run and secure the site.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to talk with you about selling, buying, or leasing commercial property, to operate deal rooms and keep their confidentiality records, to send text messages you have opted into, and to meet our legal and licensing obligations as a Florida brokerage. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it — as brokers who own property ourselves, we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated.
Text messaging (SMS)
We collect phone numbers to respond to your inquiries and, with your consent, to send text messages such as replies to your inquiry, listing alerts, showing scheduling, and deal updates. Consent to receive texts is collected through checkboxes on our website forms and on our text-updates page, is never a condition of doing business with us, and is recorded with a timestamp.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages (our business telephone platform), who are bound to safeguard that information and may not use it for anything else.
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get assistance by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for the full mobile-messaging terms.
When information is shared
Within Earnest CRE, your details go to our principals — not a call center, not a lead desk. Beyond that, we share information only with service providers who help us operate: website hosting and infrastructure, our database, email delivery, and business telephony. Each is bound to protect your information and may use it only to provide their service to us. We never sell personal information, and we never give it to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies
We use functional cookies only: a session cookie when you unlock a deal room (so it stays unlocked for you) and one for administrator sign-in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
We keep inquiry details for as long as they are relevant to a potential or ongoing engagement, and confidentiality-agreement acceptance records for as long as the underlying obligations run. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (below), subject to records we must keep by law.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@earnestcre.com or call or text (904) 299-8744. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe path.
Children
Our services are for commercial real estate and are not directed to anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
